Terms and Conditions
- Comisión:
Los afiliados recibirán una comisión del 10 % de la factura total por los productos y servicios referidos comprados a través del enlace exclusivo del afiliado.

Los afiliados deben cumplir con todas las leyes y reglamentos aplicables y los términos y condiciones de este acuerdo. - Limitación de responsabilidad:
Javi’s Cantina no es responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental o consecuente que surja de la participación en el programa de afiliados. - Modificación:
El Programa de Afiliados de Javi’s Cantina se reserva el derecho de modificar los términos y condiciones de este acuerdo en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
Al participar en el Programa de Afiliados de Javi’s Cantina, usted acepta estos términos y condiciones.
- Commission:
Affiliates will receive 10% commission of the total bill for referred products and services purchased through the affiliate’s unique link.
Option 1 : Cash payouts will be paid monthly.
Option 2 : Cantina Cash is credit to be used at Javi’s Cantina toward any bill the affiliate wishes to use. Affiliate signature is required.
Affiliates must choose 1 option and they are not interchangable - Registration:
To participate in the program, affiliates must be registered and approved by Javi’s Cantina. - No Guarantee:
Affiliation with Javi’s Cantina does not guarantee the opportunity to work with Javi’s Cantina. - Right to Revoke:
Javi’s Cantina Affiliate Program reserves the right to revoke affiliate status without notice. - Compliance:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and the terms and conditions of this agreement. - Limitation of Liability:
Javi’s Cantina is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. - Modification:
Javi’s Cantina Affiliate Program reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Javi’s Cantina Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
